All salmon is harvested by Captain Chris Braun and his hand selected crew on his vessel, the F/V Outlier. Chris personally oversees every step from setting the net to selecting, chilling, and delivering each fillet.

Great question! While we’re putting together a full list of Captain Chris’s favorite recipes, you can use any of your go-to salmon methods - our fillets cook beautifully on the grill, smoker, cedar planks, etc. Your favorite recipe will be even better with our fresh salmon fillets!
